DAV Public School bags Overall Trophy
Global Group of Institutes Amritsar organised Inter School Talent Hunt Festival ‘SRISHTI 2022’ on 10th of November 2022 for the students of Senior Secondary Classes from various schools of Amritsar, Batala, Gurdaspur and Tarn Taran Districts .
Thousands of students from more than 50 Senior Secondary Schools participated in the Mega Festival.
The students participated in Science Quiz, Dumb Charades, Poster Making, Science Working Models, Face Painting, Just a Minute, Cake Making, Group Discussion, Solo Singing and Group Dancing.
The winners were awarded cash prizes totalling over Rupees One Lakh alongwith Trophies and Certificates. A Fashion Show and Ramp Walk was also held to select Miss and Mr Srishti .
The Overall Trophy of ‘Srishti-2022’ was won by DAV Public School, Lawrence Road, Amritsar and Spring Dale Senior Secondary School, Amritsar were the Runners up. The prizes were jointly distributed by Mr. Rahul Sharma IAS District Magistrate in Telangana and the Guest of Honour Ms. Rekha Mahajan Deputy DEO, Amritsar.
The Chairman of the Global Group of Institutes Dr. B.S. Chandi inaugurated Sristhi 2022 by lighting the Ceremonial Lamp. The Vice Chairman Dr. Akashdeep Singh Chandi welcomed the participating teams, their teachers and principals who joined the festival.
Dr. M.S. Saini Campus Director, Prof. B.D. Sharma Director (Admissions), Dr. P.K. Sharma, Dean (Students Welfare), Mr. Amit Hasija Dean (HMCT), Prof. Charanjit Singh, Principals, HODs, Faculty members alongwith a large number of students and staff members were present during the Mega Event.
